The new year dawns and with it dreams of celebrating a year of passionate living. My dad celebrates his last chemo session in two weeks with great anticipation for a future free of rashes and full of ice cream and ice cold soda. Next comes Dad’s surgery to remove any suspicion and worry of Cancer’s return. 2007 challenged souls with unexpected peaks to scale; 2008 holds the possibility of freedom and complete recovery – may all your prayers be answered this New Year.
